How did you get started with bodybuilding/fitness?
I was always bullied as a kid and couldn’t stand up for myself because I was so small so I started training to get bigger and just fell in love with it
Where does your motivation come from?
I set myself goals to reach which helps and I also do a lot of reading and watching motivational stuff.
What workout routine has worked best for you?
There is no specific workout routine that worked best but what I do advise is for people to find a way that they enjoy it.
If you had to pick only THREE exercises, what would they be and why?
Push ups, chin ups and squats because those 3 alone will work the whole body and are easily done anywhere at anytime.
What is your nutritional philosophy?
Follow a diet that you can stick to.
Do you bulk and cut, or stay lean year round?
I bulk and cut depending on my goals.
What us your supplementation like?
I believe supplements are only 2%ers. Get your diet and training right and you will get results.
Who are your heroes and sources of inspiration?
The Rock and Arnold Schwarzenegger and just the drive to be a better me.
